About Andrea
I started the business alongside Sandip, having also been involved in Insurance for the Military for since 2008 (?). Having really enjoyed working with the Military in my previous role I jumped at the chance to continue and grow on the previous work done.
My overall responsibilities include looking after the team including HR, managing all the renewals and responsibility for all training and development of the team.
As a qualified Insurance professional, I sit on the BIBA East Midlands Regional Committee enjoying keeping up with any new developments within the industry. I am also the firm’s “Forces Champion” regularly attending Insurance events.
