Having Joined Forces Solutions from university, I am at the beginning of my career in Insurance.

Each day is different and varied, and I am sure like most people who think insurance is simple I am now realising how much legislation and processes are involved along with coming to terms with how much regulation is involved with an FCA authorised business.

I am neither from an insurance or military background and therefore am having to learn both concurrently which is challenging but enjoyable.

My current role is assisting with policy renewals ensuring that we look after existing customers and ensuring we get the best possible terms in order to retain our important existing clients.
